Professionally produced video is one of those ways and a very effective tool that we are using more with clients. A well thought out video can tell so much more than still photography and will attract much more attention than lots of text.
‘The Journey’ is a new, short video launched recently by our client; Ballymena based Lynn and Brewster (L&B) Estate Agents. Lynn and Brewster are a very professional forward-thinking business. Over the years at each step of the way, we have sought to be creative together harnessing the use of technologies and the Internet to best share their story. For this particular challenge L&B wanted something which would showcase what their business is passionate about and continue to reinforce an already established and respected brand – they wanted to demonstrate that property sales is not a process but a journey. It’s not just about bricks and mortar, it’s about building relationships.

That was the brief, and so that long journey of video production began! Professional drone photography company, Air Views NI, were excellent at every stage of the process and as you will see from the finished product, the project took a full year to complete. The video includes several well-known locations throughout Co Antrim and the North Coast, so there is footage from the North Coast, The Dark Hedges, Portglenone Forest and Slemish. You can also see the clips are from all four seasons and from early morning to dusk. The drones were able to get angles and shots which would not have been possible before.
